Address Book

Manage and Share Your Contacts

Address Book PossibilitiesClients use Address Book for a variety of solutions. Churches and Business Clubs have used it as an online member directory. Businesses have used it to manage client lists, leads lists and groups of clients. Address Book works seamlessly with the eNewsletter application and can even be used as an online business directory, providing clients with a simple way to advertise products or services they offer online.

The Online Address Book allows administrators to maintain groups and members of groups as well as contacts. The Address Book allows nesting of groups. For example, if you had a group called Technology Providers, you might have a nested or subgroup under Technology Providers called Web Hosting Providers. Address Book allows you to place a contact in several groups.

Map Your Contacts with GPS

If you provide the address information when you enter a contact into your Address Book within the system, it will look up and assign LAT and LON coordinates for that client. This information can be extremely valuable if you need to tie your Address Book in with mapping or GPS software. Use this information in conjunction with a dealer or franchise locater to provide a dynamic real time mapping solution to work with their Address Book.

Import and Export Contacts

Address Book provides you with the ability to import data directly from an Excel spreadsheet. This can be a lifesaver if you have a large amount of contacts that have already been entered into another application. Need to import data from your Address Book into a third party software? No problem. Just do a search for the group(s) or contact(s) that you need and have them output directly to Excel.
