MARGRET M. BRUZA
Owner

After graduating from the nationally-recognized Oklahoma State University School of Architecture, Margret initially began a career in architecture, interior design and project management in New Haven, Connecticut. This immeasurable experience allowed her the opportunity to work on projects ranging from high-end residential to institutional, such as the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library and the Yale University School of Medicine. Following several years of fulfilling work on the East Coast, she returned to Oklahoma where she focused her efforts on architecture, interior design, marketing and business development at FSB, an architectural and engineering firm located in Oklahoma City. Ultimately, Margret discovered her true passion in graphic design and established her own graphic design firm. Some of her most recent work has been with the Oklahoma Centennial Commission, Rotary Club of Oklahoma City and Arise Ministries. An ADDY award winner and current member of SpiritBank's Strategic Partner Network, her ingenuity in developing unique solutions for clients is a direct result of her strong organizational skills and commitment to forming solid relationships.

Inspired by everyday life's sights and sounds, Margret enjoys fishing, hunting, cooking, spending time outdoors and staying involved in church activities with her husband, Jim, and son, Josh.


C. I. SMITH
Author and Copywriter

Although Claudia’s background for the past 15 years has been as Vice President and Project Manager for a telecommunications company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she has enjoyed writing not only as a job, but also as a hobby.  Recent work has included editing, as well as technical and creative writing.  As an active author, she currently is working on a set of children’s books.  Community involvement includes Past President and Secretary of the Tulsa Business Club and current Secretary of the Tulsa County Chapter of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association.

Claudia enjoys long-distance running, which she finds very inspirational, in addition to traveling, gardening, fishing and spending time with her husband, Bryan, son, Brock, and daughter, Lindsey.


DREW HARRIS
Web Development

Drew has over a decade of experience developing real world technology-based solutions for businesses. He has worked as a consultant for Williams Communications, MCI WorldCom, Baker Hughes Centrilift and many others. Since 2001, Drew has headed Quantum Delta as president and CEO. With his hands-on approach he also fills the role of CTO by architectecting and overseeing the development of Web-based solutions for businesses nationally. His philosophy is one of total focus on personal service and client satisfaction. He has a unique set of talents that allow him to relate and work with clients on a technical level in a non-threatening way. He possesses the ability to see the big picture and tackle large projects that satisfy clients for the long-term.

Drew is married to Brandy, has a son and daughter, and enjoys fishing. Spending time with his family is his favorite thing in the world. He loves going fishing with his son, father, and grandfather. He loves being outside and away from technology in his spare time.

STEPHANIE ARTHURS
Design Assistant

Stephanie redefines the meaning of achievement.  Whether she is fulfilling her role as an aerobics instructor, a cosmetic director or a dental hygiene trainer, she is motivated to complete the task at hand.  Her superior management and organizational skills have been recognized and rewarded not only for achieving a record number of sales, but also for providing inspiration to her peers.  Stephanie’s flair for designing, sheer versatility and energetic approach to life and work offer great support to our team. 

When Stephanie does find an opportunity to relax, she spends her time scrap booking, crafting homemade cards, cooking and enjoying the company of her husband, Joe Don, and their sons, Jarred and Jacob.

ANN P. CASSIDY
Design Assistant

A master at planning and design, Ann has over 20 years of professional experience organizing business and personal environments for clients.  Project involvement has ranged from research and product analysis to data entry and content management.  When it comes to customer satisfaction, Ann excels in both her ability to coordinate with others and her attention to detail.

Reading, baking and cross-stitch are just a few of Ann’s favorite pastimes, but her passion lies in experiencing outdoor activities, such as hiking and notably competitive ultimate Frisbee.


CODIE MULLINS
Web Development

Codie is a Senior at The University of Tulsa, majoring in Management Information Systems with a minor in Accounting. With each project, he sets one goal, to work 1-on-1 with that client and obtain total client satisfaction. He is self-motivated in his work and realistic in goals and setting deadlines. He possesses the ability to create web designs as well as applications to satisfy the needs of clients.

Codie has a daughter, whom he thinks the world of and spends as much time with as possible. In his free time he enjoys following College Football and Basketball, as well as playing pick-up games in both sports.
